The Guest House and Pool
The large guest house consists of a kitchen, bedroom, living room with fireplace, and south-facing view deck. There is also an outside fireplace on the entertainment terrace adjacent to the pool and jacuzzi, an an outdoor shower behind the guest house. The deck, terrace, and pool command spectacular views of the Channel Islands to the south and mountains to the north. The pool area is screened from neighboring (and distant) houses by surrounding vegetation insuring complete privacy.
