Potential for expansion and remodeling
1. An additional bedroom and bath could be constructed off the west gallery.
2. The terrace off the sun room could be enclosed to form a large outdoor-indoor room.
3. The kitchen could be greatly expanded by building out. The existing breakfast terrace could be retained or incorporated. The remodeling plan does not show the details of the recent remodeling; see the plan above with links to photos.
These are only the a few of the obvious possibilities for expansion. The zoning code permits several auxillary structures, including a guest house, pool cabana, barn, and artist's studio (each limited to 800 square feet). There is more than ample space for these structures on the property.
